Open Mic Night on 24th November 2021 CANCELLED

The RBL has issued the following statement. “Due to the increases in Covid cases nationally, the club Committee have decided to cancel all entertainment this week. This includes the bingo, quiz, joker and all music. The committee thank you for your understanding. This is to restrict large crowds. The club will remain open as usual and we will update next week.” I asked the committee how this will affect the music club meetings and the upcoming Open Mic Night. The update is “We have discussed this and feel your music club is fine but because we have cancelled all club activities it would probably be best to cancel the open mic night on the 24th. Hopefully we will resume club entertainment on the 27th and all should be fine for your Dec open mic night. Please let your members know.“ Club meetings are fine as there’s no crowd so tomorrow (Wednesday) is OK. Open Mic Night on 24th November is cancelled. However we will hold a normal club meeting on that evening instead.
