The Ace Music Club Summer Show 2022
Great News! The video compilation from The Ace Music Club Summer Show 2022 is now available. It features about 1 minute or so of each song with the exception of Pie, Mash and Liquor which was recorded in full for Dave Segust, its composer. He was due to perform it himself but couldn't make it on the day so Dave Wall sang it for him. We all had a great time and the audience loved the show. All the hard work and rehearsal was well worth it.

And we're back!
After a stuttering restart since restrictions were lifted, February's Open Mic Night went off with a bang. We had 10 acts and 18 people were involved including acts, backing musicians, sound and camera. Let's go from strength to strength!

Open Mic Night 26th January 2022 cancelled
Open Mic Night on Wednesday has been affected by positive Covid tests and probable low attendance. We have canvassed a number people and 6 have said that they will be there if it goes ahead. Unfortunately only 3 of those are singers, the other three are backing players. With these numbers it will be impossible to put on a show. In normal times we have 12 to 16 acts and we don’t think we will do ourselves or the audience any justice if we go ahead. We think you will all agree that in these circumstances it is best to cancel for this month and hope that we will fare better in February. Open mic night for Wednesday 26th January is therefore CANCELLED.
